This patient attended the clinic as he had previously undergone orthodontic treatment a number of years ago but had been left disappointed with the areas of decay present as he had not been advised about how to keep his teeth clean whilst wearing fixed ‘train track’ braces. The patient wished to have an american type smile, however as he was only 19 years old we were reluctant to remove any healthy tooth structure, therefore we decided to place some NO PREP Veneers (no drilling whatsoever!). The patient was delighted with the result! and more importantly, he noted that we had given him his confidence back!
